How Pickup Works

  1. 01. Place Your Order Online

    Browse our products and place your order directly through our website. As a small  bakery, we need at least 3 days advance notice to bake your order fresh — we cannot accommodate next-day or same-day orders.

  2. 02. Choose Your Pickup Date

    Pickups are available on Saturdays and Sundays only, with available time slots until 2:00 PM. When placing your order, you'll select your preferred pickup date and time from the available weekend slots.

  3. 03. Pickup Location

    All orders are picked up at: 725 Savona Mill Lane, Charlotte, NC

  4. 04. On Pickup Day

    Arrive at your selected time window. Your loaf will be freshly baked and ready for you. Please bring your order confirmation (digital is fine) for reference.

  5. 05. Need to Change Your Date?

    If you need to adjust your pickup date, contact us at hello.diezmanos@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup.
